You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You may only use the App for lawful purposes.

3. Subscription option

Payment via subscription to the Lifetime £4.99 per month plan is subject to a minimum 12-month period and cannot be cancelled within the first 12 months.

4. No refunds policy

Please be advised that any plan purchased on our platform is final and non-refundable, in accordance with our 'No Refunds' policy.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at [Link to Privacy Policy]. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the App.
Lifetime reserves the right to remove or modify any user content that violates these Terms.

Lifetime owns all rights to the App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and trademarks.
You may not use any of Lifetime's intellectual property without express written permission.

8. Termination

Lifetime may, at its discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Lifetime disclaims all liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions on the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lifetime shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
